Refunds for Cancelled Services: If a customer cancels a service 48 hours prior to the booking schedule time and is eligible for a refund, the refund amount will be processed within 30 business days from the date of cancellation. 2. If our cleaning team arrives at the scheduled service location and is unable to perform the service due to customer unavailability or any other reason, a cancellation fee will be applied.
